VP Supply Chain Expense (Finance) Negotiable Bangkok 16 October 2017 ( Hot Job )

  • Support Management and Business in the control of Company expense. Ensure accurate and timely booking of all expense, including analysis of actual and forecast spend..
  • Lead the development of Company’s overall procurement strategy; and establish purchasing budgets, plans, policies, systems, and procedures that will achieve strategic objectives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and capitalize on opportunities to reduce purchasing costs by improving the organization’s buying patterns and supply channels.
  • Evaluate, negotiate, and manage the most complex or strategically important supplier and vendor relationships to secure terms that are in the organization’s best interest. Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of managers and other professionals to ensure that purchasing activities meet established targets and standards
  • Develop and update Thailand Procurement  and Contract policies, procedures and practices in accordance with regulations, regional policies, ethical standards with transparency and an auditable trail to maximize overall process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage all shared service projects purchase including preparing all the related project’s gate document/report and project plan to the project sponsor and steering committee
  • Coordinate and be single point of contact for regional office
Facilities Management
  • Develop and maintain FM’s best practice and mechanism to ensure work smoothly and efficiency.
  • Review and update FM’s internal workflow to match with business requirement and organization
  • Continuously improve and streamline FM’s work process and procedure to provide fast one stop services
  • Establish FM’s service level agreement and satisfactory level to meet with end users
  • Ensure  premium and printing inventory to be at a minimal level with continuously support business unit and agent needed
  • Ensure all office services and equipments are in function, neat and ready to use
  • 35-40 years old
  • Master’s degree in business administration or related field
  • 7-10 years procurement and office & branch services experience with at least 5 years in management level
  • Good experience in change & project management with high investigative attitude, strong analytical & problem solving skills & ability to change ‘status quo”
  • Knowledge of both non IT and IT related products & services purchase
  • Knowledge of office service management i.e. office administration, maid & security guard, mailing & inventory service, etc.
  • Knowledge of branch office service
  • Understanding of country’s supply chain process
  • Strategic vendor and contract  management
  • CIPS or CIP certificate is much preferable
  • Competency in use of PC spreadsheet (MS Excel) and presentation applications (MS PowerPoint)
  • Excellent command of spoken and writing English
  • Good negotiation skill
