HRD Supervisor Negotiable Bangkok 16 October 2017

  • Coordinate with OD and C&B Manager to identify and assess future and current training needs and personal development plan (PDP) through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
  • Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
  • Responsibility to record T&D requirements for employees within their area of responsibility, review existing programs and resources to check if they can facilitate the T&D requirements, design new programs and courses using relevant media and prepare an annual T&D schedule for the employee, after discussions with the concerned parties.
  • Deploy a wide variety of training methods
  • Coordinate with Recruitment and Internal Communication to Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
  • Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
  • Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them Facilitate training program and prepare both in-house and external training report that required by law.

  • Manage training budget
  • Responsible for preparing and maintaining record of annual performance appraisal program  
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HRD, OD or related fields
  • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
  • Good command of English and computer literacy
