Head of Business Development (Property) Negotiable Bangkok 20 April 2018

Responsibilities:
To lead, identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage overall management in land acquisition and business development 
  • Responsible for the financial modeling, design study and legal examination for the acquisition of potential land plots
  • Run feasibility studies, negotiate contracts with landlords, structure acquisition with legal advisor, finance and construction departments, prepare final investment proposals for approval
  • Handle the pricing strategy and manage the inventory of all company's portfolio, from the launch to the closing of each project
  • Part of the core team for new project launches, including unit mix, pricing strategy and contracts
  • Identify new trends in property market and intelligently gathering on customers plus competitors
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Sales or related fields
  • At least 10 years strong experiences in property/ real estate industry especially luxury product (condominium) is a plus
  • Solid understanding of finance, economics and business principles
  • Demonstrated ability to drive project profitability consistently achieving or exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated ability to work and communicate with highly placed decision makers and to develop executive-level client relationships in a complex team environment
  • Effectively collaborate with multiple departments in the Organization to ensure necessary cross functional communication is achieved and ensure success of projects and new initiatives.
  • Fluent in English and love working under pressure also having good skills in decision making, analysis and problem solving, negotiation, persuasiveness and collaboration
