Customer Service Officer Negotiable Bangkok 22 October 2018 ( Hot Job )

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with their inspections and ownership transfer registration
  • Provide high quality efficient customer services
  • Issue appropriate reports and documentations
  • Follow up and make sure customers cases and lists are completed on time
  • Manage and follow reports and status of the customers
  • Update all info required on company’s CRM system
  • Responsible for updating all reports relating unit transferring and appointment as required
  • Manage and Coordinate client requests/cases/problem and feedback accordingly
  • Reports to CRM Manager 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 years work experience in customer services field
  • Ability to work in MS office
  • Well organized and good understanding of responsibility
  • Good understanding of legal terms and contracts
  • Excellent level of spoken and written in Thai and English
  • Have strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
  • To  be able to work under pressure and deadline
  • Well organized and good understanding of responsibility
  • Good team player
  • The ability to lead and demonstrate a “can do” attitude
