  • Lead the HR strategy and support the overall strategic aims and objectives of the company to ensure that all HR policies, procedures and processes are up to date, legally compliant and meet the internal control requirements.
  • Participate in strategic planning activities that will aid business development, such as manpower planning and developing short- and long-term human resources strategies.
  • Advise and support the Senior Recruitment staff to ensure that people with skills essential to the success of the business, are recruited, trained, retained and able to fulfill their potential.
  • Advise and support the Senior Payroll staff to ensure that compensation and benefit schemes are up to date, competitive with industry standard and are in sync with the company's budget.
  • Spearhead HR Performance management system and HR Development work stream with the ability to plan, implement, supervise and monitor the new system that includes performance evaluation, performance development, career development, succession planning, as well as reward and recognition schemes to engage and motivate staff in all functions. 

  • Thai nationality / 30-45 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, in any field of study.
  • Minimum 5 years in HR management with knowledge of modern HR tools and strong technical skills in both HRM and HRD including employment, C&B, performance management, development, human resources strategy and planning in a middle-to-large sized company.
  • Ability to see the big picture with a hands-on mindset.
  • Strong leadership, people management, excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Dynamic, assertive, and able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with can-do attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills; fluent in English and Thai.
