Senior Recruiter (Corporate) Negotiable Bangkok 10 June 2019 ( Hot Job )

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and control recruitment activities include advertising, interviewing, testing, selecting candidates; checking references; negotiating employment offers; orientation and introductory training effectively
  • Manage recruiter services to provide quality candidates within target lead time to close the recruitment process and within budget.
  • Composing job advertisements in Thai and English and liaising with job advertising websites and classified media including social media recruitment channel
  • Act as single point of contact for designated candidates for all recruiting related questions and concerns
  • Administer referral process of applicants
  • Conduct and distribute reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identify issues and recommend actions
  • Communicate recruiting strategy, policies and procedures to team
  • Deliver key marketing messages to recruiting team to ensure selling messages are integrated into the recruiting process
  • Build relationship with universities and recruiters to source strong pipeline of talent. 
 
Qualifications:
 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, or other related fields
  • At least 3 years’ experience working in Recruitment Function
  • Knowledge in Labor Law
  • Strong understanding of the company's business objectives and organizational structure
  • Very good understanding of the company's position in the marketplace
  • Data analysis experience
  • Good English proficiency and computer literacy
  • Multi-tasked, service-minded and able to work well under pressure
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of recruiting/sourcing processes and organization and tools
