Customer Service Officer Negotiable Bangkok 24 June 2019

Responsibilities:
 
PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Capture the essence of the whole job in one or two sentences.
  1. Act as admin of the CRM office
  2. Person to be present when client contacts for appointments and enquiries
  3. Person to be in-charge when suppliers contacts for appointments and unit keys
  4. Managing information or general administration support of CRM department
  5. Monitoring and reporting status of all on-going documents and stationery supply
 
JOB FUNCTIONS: CS Transfer
  1. Be present in the office while the others are on-site
  • To answer enquiries and appointments on the phone
  • To control and manage unit keys
  1. Issue and manage paperwork
  • Manage customer profile
  • Follow up documentations with all parties
  • Issue transfer and inspection reports and calendars
  • Track all distribution until reached the destination and keep this documentation
  1. Welcome Box
  • Manage and prepare Welcome Box sets
  • Keep track of Welcome Box and their delivery and distribution
  1. Office administration
  • Monitor and maintain office stationery supply
  • General admin support for CRM team as required
  • Assist CRM Manager for admin support
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields.
  • At least 1 year experiences in Customer Service, Project Coordinator or any related fields.
  • Excellent Customer Service and Customer Orientation
  • Highly responsible, initiative, proactive and fast learner.
  • Good communication, customer-oriented, problem solving skills.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet.
