Admin Executive Negotiable Bangkok 13 September 2019

Responsibilities:
  • Act as admin of the CRM office consists 4 teams
  • Person to be present when client contacts for appointments and enquiries
  • Person to be in-charge when suppliers contacts for appointments and unit keys
  • Managing information or general administration support of CRM department
  • Monitoring and reporting status of all on-going documents and stationery supply
  • Be present in the office while the others are on-site
    • to answer enquiries and appointments on the phone
    • to control and manage unit keys
  • Issue and manage paperwork
    • Issue POA for clients
    • Manage customer profile
    • Follow up documentations with all parties
    • Issue transfer and inspection reports and calendars
    • Track all distribution until reached the destination and keep this documentation
  • Welcome Box
    • Manage and prepare Welcome Box sets
    • Keep track of Welcome Box and their delivery and distribution
  • Office administration
    • Monitor and maintain office stationery supply
    • General admin support for CRM team as required
    • Assist CRM Manager for admin support 

Qualifications:
  • Male or Female, Thai Nationality Only.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Admin, Coordinator, Customer Service.
  • Multi-tasked, service-minded and able to work well under pressure.
  • Service minded, Analytical and Planning Skill.
  • Good command in English.
  • Good command in Microsoft Office
