Head of Sales & Marketing (Property) Negotiable Bangkok 20 September 2019

  • Handle the pricing strategy and manage the inventory of all company's portfolio, from the launch to the closing of each project
  • Part of the core team for new project launches, including unit mix, pricing strategy and contracts
  • Identify new trends in property market and intelligently gathering on customers plus competitors 
  • Setting and planning project management policy and participate in setting company goal and strategy
  • Planning long term corporate plan and yearly action plan to present to board team.
  • Consulting and mentoring all subordinate to solving problem in effective way, leading project management and including motivating strategy.
  • Initiate marketing and sales plan and strategy to achieve sales target.
  • Create corporate branding and marketing communication both offline and online.
  • Acquire new target customers and maintain good relationship with current customers.
  • Plan and monitor budget for marketing and sales team.

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Sales or related fields
  • At least 15 years strong experiences in property/real estate industry especially luxury product (condominium) is a plus
  • Solid understanding of finance, economics and business principles
  • Demonstrated ability to drive project profitability consistently achieving or exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated ability to work and communicate with highly placed decision makers and to develop executive-level client relationships in a complex team environment
  • Effectively collaborate with multiple departments in the Organization to ensure necessary cross functional communication is achieved and ensure success of projects and new initiatives.
  • Fluent in English and good skills in decision making, analysis and problem solving, negotiation, persuasiveness and collaboration
