Payroll Assistant Manager (Compensation & Benefits) Negotiable Bangkok 25 September 2019

  • Handle monthly payroll to ensure that the process is preceded correctly and on time. Complete closing payroll related reports to be submitted within the due date
  • Ensure accuracy of relevant Government reports such as Tax, Social Security, Workmen Compensation and others. Dealing with Revenue Department for the required documents as well as employees regarding Personal Income Tax matter
  • Responsible for employee personal profiles to be filed systematically and with confidentiality
  • Conclude and summarize Monthly Report such as headcount, turn over, manpower movement etc. to ensure the completion and accuracy within the requested deadline
  • Manage the benefits program in the area of Provident Fund, Social Security Fund, Workmen Compensation, Life & Medical Insurance, Leave, and others
  • Manage and maintain e-leave, time attendance recording system.
  • Manage expatriates, visa and work permit and other assignments.
  • Handle update employee’s movement transaction e.g. new entry, transfer, promotion, separation and other information are always updated accurately into the system on timely basis.
  • At least 5 years direct experience in Payroll, C&B and or other related functions
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources Management, or related fields
  • Knowledge in salary structure and development, benefit and compensation, surveys/ benchmarking and job evaluation systems is a PLUS
  • Good interpersonal skills, service minded, problem solving skill, consistency and deadline awareness Fast response, well organized, detail oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in English both written & spoken and computer literate
