Sales & Operations Manager/Director (Retail) 100,000 – 300,000 Bangkok 28 January 2021 ( Hot Job )

Director Level:
Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales, work on a strategic and operational level and setting strategies and recommendations to maximize sales and develop new methods and standards for our brand
  • Ensure achievement of team targets on monthly and annual basis, Drive top-line growth and bottom-line profitability to exceed the targets
  • Set ambitious business plans contributing to long term retail strategy
  • Closely monitor Retail KPIs including staff turn-over and drive profitable growth with leverage
  • Strive to identify commercial routes for driving sales growth, delivering operating efficiencies and improving the service to the customer.
  • Responsible for all KPIs as regard to, sales, productivity, visual standards, operational standards and develop measurable action plans to optimize growth regionally
  • Manage and develop a highly performing and diverse team eager to exceed targets and passionate by the brand and the people
  • Build and develop a diverse and inclusive team with structured succession planning
  • Lead by example and act as a true brand ambassador and role model
  • Lead and develop a team of Area Managers
  • Coordinate all retail related cross functional teams ensuring alignment and collaborative approach
  • Develop guidelines and processes to enhance customer experience and store operational efficiency
  • Supervise execution of retail processes and standards ensuring consistency across stores/markets

Manager Level:
Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership to lead and coach the team, build Client relationships, proactively foster the achievement of sales goals and ensure that the highest level of Client experience is delivered.
  • Recruit and build highly motivated teams, develop them to the next level and secure succession plans.
  • Represent the Brand values and demonstrate the Company attitudes toward Clients and team members.
  • Ensure achievement of team targets on monthly and annual basis
  • Proactively provide the Country office with product recommendations and qualitative feedback based on local knowledge about the market and Client needs, leveraging expertise and knowledge within the team
  • Ensure policies, Brand standards and grooming guidelines are communicated and implemented
  • Support Operations team in inventory management
  • Support Store Manager in staff planning (workforce management)

Qualifications:
  • Thai nationality only
  • Bachelor's degree or above in any field
  • 8 years' experience in fashion retail store / business with minimum of 5 years’ experience in a regional retail lead role
  • Experience taking care PC and store operation at least 5 branches 
  • Strong sales area management or store management 
  • Able to communicate in English
  • International and omnichannel experience required
  • Able to travel both Bangkok/ up-country and oversea
