Responsibilities:
Sales achievement
- Achieving assigned monthly robot sales target
- Accelerate sales and year-on-year sales growth
Sales activities
- Identify customer’s (System Integrator (SI) and end user) challenges and find a fit with Company robot products
- Promote products to markets to increase brand awareness
- Develop sales pipeline
- Provide market intelligences to Management
- Coordinate with HQ to meet customer’s required delivery schedules
- Negotiate with customer on price, term, and conditions
- Execute customer’s purchases to ensure 100% accuracy in their purchases
- Work with inter-departments to fulfil customer’s purchases
Channel network expansion and management
- Expand network by identifying competent SI to generate revenues from PKA and Run-rate businesses
- Manage channels with HQ sales strategies for effective robot business
Qualification:
- Thai Nationality, age between 35-40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering
- Minimum 10 years sales and application experience in factory automation environment
- Experience in channel partner management
- Good knowledge of Manufacturing industry
- Good communication skills in English, both speaking and writing
- Have an personal car with driver license
- Able to travel domestic and international
