Responsibilities:

• Technical support specializes to ASPs (Authorize service partner) and Information Center Team on Direct to fabric printer
• Advisor for any technical knowledge concerns and continue to be monitoring their technical skill
• Regular visit ASP / customer to get more knowledge support and get more experience sharing.
• Support spare parts refurbish process for all product concern.
• Regular monitor spare part usage and forecast system.

 
Qualification:

• Male, Thai Nationality, Age not over than 40 years old
• Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Electronics or Computer Engineering
• At least 2 years experiences repair on digital text tile printer
• Skillset: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint Word, PowerPoint) or color management software
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Able to travel domestic and travel overseas
