Responsibilities:
 

• Assist in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the organization’s mission and help execute staff succession and growth plans.
• Work with the President/CEO on the strategic vision including fostering and cultivating stakeholder relationships on city and national levels, as well as assisting in the development and negotiation of contracts.
• Assess the benefits of all prospective contracts and advise the Executive Team on programmatic design and implementation matters.
• Identify new feasible investment projects and suggestion strategies for the Group including diversification of unprofitable project.

• Participate in new opportunities evaluation, developing and assessment of new business, specifically in identifying new funding opportunities, the drafting of prospective programmatic budgets, etc.
• Identify sources of risk throughout the business and potential financial impact by integrating business and financial risk management
• Lead the business and financial strategy and planning, monitoring, management and reporting, including management and development of policies, systems, processes and personnel involved.
• Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the organization.
• Oversee the coordination and activities of independent auditors and the preparation of the annual financial statements.
• Oversee accounting and tax planning function and ensure a disaster recovery plan is in place.
• Investor relations (IR) and preparation of all reports to both the Securities and Exchange Commission and The Stock Exchange of Thailand.

 
Qualification:

• Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related fields
• Accounting & Finance modeling experience is highly preferred
• At least 5 years of working experience in Corporate Finance
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Conceptual thinker with strong analytical skills
• Experience in feasibility studies and due diligence is preferred
• Knowledge of SAP and Tax compliance
• Experience in new business development and investor relation (IR) would be advantageous
